Registration Fees

IMPORTANT: registration is open until January 17th; however, prices will be increased by 70 EUR after December 20th, 2024.

The fees include full access to conference, coffee breaks, lunch vouchers, the conference dinner and all the events we will be announcing.
For Public Research Institutions, please contact the organizers in order to accommodate your requirements.
Click on the following link to register for GEFES2025. You will be redirected to a page of the Universidad de Oviedo. Follow the instructions there. After payment, you will receive an email with access to your balance, where you can download your invoice and certificate of attendance after the conference.
